  1. I am working on an infected XP computer. Virusscan has detected multiple copies of BackDoor-AWQ.b Trojan Horse but is unable to move or delete them. Infected files listed in hidden system file c:\windows\system32\splm - unable to find them via Windows explorer find unknow file ncsjapl32.exe (776kb, 8/6/0 8) instead. Multiple attempts by Virusscan(in safe mode after dictionary is updated/rebuilt) fails to remove Trojan horses.
