Beware Of Holiday E-Cards

Being on the lookout for computer viruses is a full-time job these days. Virus producers are getting more and more brazen in their attempts at infecting your computer. The holiday season is no time to let your guard down.

There has been more and more e-card companies sprouting up all over the Internet. It’s great fun to send an e-greeting card to friends and relatives. It’s also cheaper and easier as you can do it right there on your computer.

Beware though; a legitimate looking e-card can be a home to spyware or a computer virus. It would be possible for you to receive an e-card, click on the link to take you to the card, and there be inundated with spyware or a computer virus attack.
