Use Windows Live SkyDrive as virtual folder

Windows Live SkyDrive offers 25GB of free online storage where you can store your files, images and what not. The only hassle is that you need to upload a few files only at a time, which is time consuming.

This is where SkyDrive Explorer comes in handy.

'Computer' window
In the virtual SkyDrive folder you can easily add or remove files and also folders. I’m not sure if there are any limitations to copy files to the virtual folder but the online storage limits uploads to only 50MB at a time.
I tried copying a 57MB file to the virtual folder and the estimate time for it to complete was 37 minutes.
Download SkyDrive Explorer here. It supports XP and above only.
Please visit the FAQ page of SkyDrive Explorer is you have any problems with the software.

XP BSoD Stop Codes & Solution

The dreaded Blue Screen of Death! I’m sure most ( if not all ) XP users have experienced it while using XP.

BSoD indicates that Windows XP has encountered an error it couldn’t recover from! BSoD is basically a text mode error reporting message.

If you want to know the details about most of BSoD Stop Codes and the solution to resolve it, please read about it on GeeksToGo forum.

Sending Large Files

On a previous post, I mentioned about sending large size files through email for free using Send6. As i mentioned in that post, the limit is only 100MB. If you need to send up to 2 gigs of files, then you have to register for a premium account.

Now there’s a new service, WeTransfer that would transfer up to 2GB of data without the need to register and also they will keep your files for two weeks before removing it. Go there. LargeFileASAP is also offering the same service for up to 2 gigs of files.

For files up to 1GB, you can also use TransferBigFiles.

Cincopa’s MediaSend claims to be able to send photos, videos and music without any size limits. You can try their service by visiting the site.
